A careful history is the most important part of an allergy evaluation. Your observations and descriptions give the clues to possible triggers and influencing factors.

The results of the evaluation must be discussed with the patient as only well-informed patients can avoid allergens and are able to adjust the therapy to current personal conditions and circumstances.
